Lighter version of The Busker line

I just love Kerry whistles. My favourite Busker is Bb because it's a bit different than other Busker whistles I own (D, A and G). Bb whistle have smaller holes then other in The Busker line so it sounds lighter and it's a bit quieter. Smaller holes don't affect to expression posibilities when played. On the body there is also some other engravings (website and serial number) so I presume that I got newer version of whistle. The sound is a bit raspy in high octave, but it is not annoying or bad raspy sound. It have character and I like it. I'm recording with my Kerry whistles, and they are very good with intonation. You just have to warm it a little bit. It's tunable, that was my priority with every whistle I chose. The craftsmanship is superb. It's durable and beautiful instrument that works and it's very playable and expressive. I can play any note on higher octave with ease.

Phil Hardy makes lovely whistle nice tone good response if you don't play them it's a little tricky hitting high Oct note's so you will have to get to know your instruments and practice other then that lovely whistle Peter from Ireland.

Eine echt feine Tin Wistle. Sie hat einen lieblichen Klang, überhaupt nichts Schrilles in der Höhe, sehr ausgewogen in beiden Oktaven, spricht leicht an, benötigt wenig Atemdruck, gerade in der Höhe, und da geht der Ton richtig auf. Echt super. Sie hat zwar in der Tiefe nicht ganz das Volumen, das man von anderen Phil Hardys Whistles aus der Thunderbird-Reihe kennt, aber doch genügend Power, um sich durchzusetzen. Die Stimmung ist exakt, die Verarbeitung sehr sorgfältig. Ich spiele sehr gern auf ihr. Für mich volle 5 Sterne.
